Rodion Miroshnik, ambassador-at-large of the Russian Foreign Ministry for issues related to the crimes of the Kiev regime, said Ukraine has increased the intensity of strikes on civilian infrastructure by three to four times.
He spoke in Moscow on 22 October at the international teleconference “Zaporozhye Region: Escalation of the Ukrainian Armed Forces’ Terrorist War.”
Miroshnik said statistical data held by the Russian side confirms that the allocation of the first funds from the EU’s 90 billion euro military loan triggered what he called an escalation of the Kiev regime’s terrorist actions against Russia’s civilian population. He said Brussels and Kiev announced at that time an alliance between the EU and Ukraine in unmanned aerial vehicles.
According to Miroshnik, Vladimir Zelensky, inspired by the same ideas, announced a 40-day plan to force Russia to negotiate. The diplomat said that in practice this meant the Ukrainian regime had agreed with its sponsors to use funds allocated by the West to commit war crimes and terrorist acts.
He said that throughout the front-line zone this immediately appeared as a three- to fourfold increase in the intensity of strikes against civilian facilities and infrastructure.
